Do you have a search protector or is it plugged directly to the router?

-Search protectors are known to cause issues.

Try doing a soft reset of the console - by pressing the power button down...

I'd say it would probably be more beneficial for a large area country as Australia to insert a viable LTE system instead - its about a hundreth of the cost, its wireless and it supports even higher...
