i had to enter character screen and move back and forth from different characters untill the door opened up complely. Strange glitch, happened again entering room to visit erathsmedor

yes boss,
have the letter, hit the leaver, hear a door move, and then nothing, the door don't open at the end of the bridge, was thinking i was in the wrong place but have opened up the whole map...
