Okay, I must have missed something - or screwed it up. I decided to go back and pick Anomen up after completing Chapter V and can't seem to get the quest started. I know it has something to do with his father but every time I stop by there the guard says he (papa) is drunk and Anomen just says he'll come back later when he is sober.

How do I get the ball rolling on thisd one?
