I haven't seen any posting on this and I saw this last night and all I have to say is WOW!!!! This was a HUGE RUSH and an OUTSTANDING produciton on all levels. It been a long time that I actually clapped at a movie ( actually the whole theater clapped) when it ended and can't wait for what comes next! If you get a chance to see it like I did at an IMAX.....DO IT!!

I saw it last night. I dunno, I didn't enjoy it as much as everyone else. The first one "Batman Begins" is still number one in my mind. Dark Knight has everything, I just amn't big on the Joker character I think, and I found some parts of the movie felt like they were bordering on cliche. I think there is a danger that the corny effect could be reawakened, opening the doors for a downward tumble with the movies once again.

I just heard that Christian Bale got charged with assault on his mom and sister. It was on one of those entertainment programs. Sheesh, I hate hearing that. I really like the guy.

You really don't have to worry about any adaptations of Frank Miller's novels being campy, because that isn't the way he writes them. His portrayals are much darker, grittier and violent than normal comic book fare. You see this in the Joker's maniacal behavior, but you also see it when Batman loses his self-control as well.

Oh Yea! I'm waiting for the Spirit to come to the silver screen!
FYI Sin City 2 is in pre production with Jessica Alba... sorry must wipe drool off reminiscing about the lasso scene.......
