Anomen - He just gets on my nerves
Imoen - Her voice annoys me, plus I much prefer abilities and stuff of Jan... (Imoen lovers, you didn't just read this [img]smile.gif[/img]
Keldorn - This guy annoys me because he gets into fights with a certain person. He's a pretty good warrior, however.
If you choose to include non-joining NPCs...
Gaelen Bayle (No clue how to spell his name - "Coo! I'm annoying"
Salmon Haeverian - Bah, I know you need him and all.... but still!

I hate:
Anomen & Keldorn - "I'm so righteous, pompous and I'm smarter than you!"
Aerie & Viconia - WHINING!
Jan - He has special trait (talks more than every other NPC in the game! Literally!)
Cernd - AC8? Weakling
Minsc - do I have to explain?
Yoshimo - that would be spoiler

I like
Viconia - MR
Korgan - only dwarf in the game IIRC
Mazzy - I just love her!

Wavering:
Valygar - confused
Haer-Dalis - Blades are powerful, but that raven stuff... ;)
Edwin - good caster, bad personality
Jaheira - I don't like NPCs trying to be smarter than me. Who is a godchild here?

Edwin (HORRIBLE voice, although he`s the best NPC spell caster in the game besides the Kelsey addon...);

Queen Ellesime! Her voice annoys me to no end. Her dialogue makes me cringe in terror and you will have to save her with no alternative given! (I love Rillifane however).

Definitely Neeber, tho' you can at least get a small reward for hearing him out or simply kill him with no penalty.
