Next Step in Gaming?

I just saw this video on IGN about something called the Z-Camera, which functions sort of like an iToy, only a lot better. The motion capabilities look amazing - this could be part of the next generation of gaming.

I'm just waiting for the full surround VR type worlds the like of Otherland and Star Trek.
