I have always been frustrated that the hover text disappears in a moment, sometimes too quick to read the whole thing, and it won't come back! How can I get it to come back without leaving the page and returning?

Right-click on the image, then select Properties. In FF, I can then highlight the text and move side-to-side if it doesn't all display.

Alternately, you can move off the image, then back on. That resets it sometimes.
