I mini-twinked this guy for 29 WSG and AB but he's not really twinked, just some cheap enchants that guys in my guild can do and that we have the mats in the bank for. Haven't really got too much gold so didn't want to go overboard.

I kept my 60 NE rogue at 59-60 for a looooonnnnng time - the only way I've advanced is earning XP in AV as I've been farming the honor to get the epic 60 set.
