Well now that's annoying - Glitche or just bad timing?
 

Ok I'm in the Nashkel Carnival and it is admitedly after dark, but no one in the tents will talk to me. Well not no one, but the merchants don't. The potions guy does. The little wizard conflict plays out but when I try to talk to the "witch" afterwards nothing happens.

People outside talk like usual. Is it just a timing thing? Or am I facing some kind of strange error?

Just the Baldurdash fix and regular patch.

I'll try reloading a save and see what happens.

Apparently just a minor temporary glitch.
