NWN Diamond, installation, and key code issues.
 

Okay. I had no idea that NWN Diamond existed... I had recently found my original NWN and played it to completion, and was recently motivated to pick up SoU and HoU- imagine my surprise when I found this little gem for $20! I go to install it, and everything's peachy. I have the manual and the key codes and everything I need- installation goes off without a hitch. I notice that all three of my key codes are identical, so I replace the one I had entered for my original NWN- this may or may not be important. Later, when I attempted to start the game, the game prompted me for the key code for Shadows of Undrentide. I entered the key code exactly, and when I clicked OK the code would erase and the prompt would look as if I had never entered it. I've done it about five times, hitting Enter, clicking OK, making sure everything's correct, and it is. I even checked the nwncdkey file to make sure everything was correct- it was! So now I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and I'm certainly hoping there's a solution that doesn't require me to uninstall everything and do a complete reinstall, as that would be most inconvenient for me.

Bah. They know about the problem. Took me long enough to find it on their site. Figures I would end up with one of the "very small" percentage of defective ones. Now I get to email tech support. Goody.

man this package is hard to find, I had order it from Amazon, so this time next week I should have it :( Supposedly a EB and Best Buy had them in stock, but when questioned they have none, bastages!!

so how long does it take for Atari/Bioware to give you the correct CD Key?

on a dif note, I can get to the server, but when I go to hit the mod, it locks up my computer. Any ideas? (sorry, dont mean to hijack your thread Illumina :) )
