Mass Effect or Assassin's Creed?
 

So, I'm in one of the biggest predicaments of my life. Given my wallet's been running a bit dry over the past few months, I have enough money for one 360 game. And I have 2 games on hold. Mass Effect, which comes out officially tomorrow, and Assassin's Creed, which came out last week, or so.

Ah, what a decision. Mass Effect has what I love in an RPG, but you can't deny the awesomeness of a real game for those assassin players out there. Assassin's Creed has amazing acrobatics, but Mass Effect is long and involved.

Argh! Help me make a decision! :D

i think assassin's creed is amazing. if you enjoyed any of the old thief games, you'll get a great charge out of this one.

I can only speak for myself, but I would sell my spleen to get a hold of Mass Effect. :P Every single Bioware game has ended up in my top 10 of favorite RPG's, so they definately have some street cred.

for anyone who loves the thief series and wants something close to it, go for assassin's creed. i LOVE going to the highest spots in damascus and sitting there, watching all the antlike people down below. climbing, hiding, sneak attacking... *drool* very fun!

Well, I must say, I lucked out. Was bored, and bought a 5$ lottery ticket, winning me $100 on the spot. Looks like I get both :D

Dichotomies up the brass razoo.

Mass Effect seemingly has not enough consequences (from reviews I've read) to satisfy my RPG hankering.

And Assassin's Creed...well, too derivative of games like Prince of Persia, Thief and Tenchu for me to be that interested. :P
