If this is the first time, come back after 24 game hours; then choose the option that says "Talk to the guy she's cheating on you with"

No I've been through the dialog till he speaks with his wife and I said that he
can go and be with her. (I didn't think he would actually take my up on the offer) Will he ever rejoin or is he done?

If he is gone which option should pick when I reload?

Thanks again.

Keldorn will ask you for advice, tell him to confront Sir William over the
matter. William is found in the Mithrest Inn in the Promenade.
Talk to Sir William, and he will chastise Keldorn for not being
there for his family. Now go with Keldorn back to his estates to
get some closure on this one.
Talk to his wife again, and they will realize they still love each
other. Of course, now Keldorn wants to spend some time with her.
Let him spend a day, force him to go with you, or release him from your service
FOREVER (however, he is gone for good, including the items u gave him). If you want to keep him, then force him to stay with you, otherwise you may as well let him go.

You have given him your blessings, so he is happily making amends with his family in some circus( not one you can find). To prevent this world of bliss next time,

1) Get Keldorn to report his wife to the authorities and have her and her lover hung. The kids go to a caretaker and Daddy goes on to live a guilt-striken life.

2) Allow Keldorn to stay with his family for a few days only, then he will meet up with you again at the Most Noble Order of the Radiant Heart compound.

Actually, only her lover is "hung"...she is imprisoned for adultery. Where, I have no idea; I actually went to the Athkatla jail in the Government district to see if she was there and she wasn't. Hm, maybe they place adulterers/esses in Spellhold as well! ;)
