Pretty much just adds a new (albeit awesome) stronghold/house, with more stuff to buy.

Still, downloaded it and archived it in case I uninstall the game at some point.

There is a quest of sorts attached and gives a forge and armour increase I believe. Havent really played much of it yet

That's not exactly what i meant, but oh well. ;)

How is it anyway? Does it add anything above the standard we've come to expect from the free, fan-made mods?

Not delved into it too far. You get to make the castle your home with quests to kit it out with a forge etc. You get servants, a trophy maker etc. Big castle with a 'secret area'
