i have the scroll of the instuctions, the gauntlets of ogre strength and girdle of frost giant strength but where is the hammer of thunderbolts or whatever the last one is?

The hammer of thunderbolts can be found in the temple district sewers behind a secret door which you need the sewer key to open.

The sewer key can be found on Tazoks body in the windspear hills.

when keldorn got really dead he lost everything he had...including the gauntlets of ogre power.
