Sneak attack with ranged weapons
 

According to my player's handbook + monster manual it can be done if the enemy if within 30 feet. How does it work in IWD 2 and IWD 1 if you have the option enabled. Is it possible to attack with a ranged weapon?

I've never noticed any sneak attack damage when using ranged weapons, in either IWD/HoW or IWD2.
