So yeah...what did you all think of the film?

I thought it was pretty good myself, a good few funny bits. But it was so hyped I was a bit disappointed to be honest, could have been better.

Haven't seen it yet, but then again...i never go to cinema's anymore, too crowded to my likings. I'll wait for the DVD.

Man it was gooooood. I didn´t like Ali G that much but this kicks ass. They had to escape a rodeo in Texas because they made people so pissed off they would have beaten big time.

Patriotic americans skip this one. Rest of the world and people capable on self sarcasm enjoy.

only a few funny bits? I couldn't stop laughing. This was the funniest movie I've ever seen in my life; it beats Old School, Euro Trip, Wedding Crashers, Anchorman, etc humore-wise, although the plot is lacking a bit I suppose.

Anyway, hilarious movie. Go see it.

This was a fabulous satire of a movie...I loved it.

Granted, the humor was often coarse, and vulgar, and there was much more nudity than I was expecting (none)...but I couldn't stop laughing, except when the people Borat interviewed were more racist than I expected.

Some scary parts related to that last, though.

That's the thing about Sacha Baron Cohen - his characters force us to look at ourselves as a society, by bringing all our sacred cows and taboos into the open.
