Betcha thought the rental car business was a piece of cake... although if I lost an eight-foot boa constrictor in my car, I'd probably call them to come pick it up... |
Why the hell do people have 8 foot boa constrictors? i mean, can it ever end well with an 8 foot long snake? does it never occur to these people that anything that can squish you to death and then eat you, is not an ideal pet?
I think i will stick with my goldfish! |
Goldfish are a sewrious choking hazard ya know! ;)
Or if they jump out the tank and land on the floor, you could step on it, slip, and break your neck. No goldfish for me! I'm sticking with something safe. Like an eagle |
Back in college, one guy had a scorpion as a pet in the dorms. Kept it in a dry fish tank at the head of his bed.
He mentioned to me one day that if he ever woke up and saw the tank was empty, he'd pound on everyone's door once on his way out of the building... |
Someone here in Iceland smuggled a baby aligator from Florida once... and lost it.
It was about 12 years ago and either it frose to death (most likely) or itsurvived and is hibernating and has grown to full size and is about to become a wonderful news item any day now... |
Snakes in a car? Wow, someone should make a movie about that or something.
|
No, Illumina, don't encourage them!

In an emergency/disaster where you are incapacitated, generally: A dog will stick by you and try to save you, even to it's own detriment. A cat will hang around for a bit and then go look after itself once it figures you're not going to feed it. A pet rat? If you're the only food around, it'll just eat you... |
