Was wondering (because of the problem I was having in my other thread) if anyone here uses any kind of free vector graphics program for Windows. I can download a 15 day trial of Xara Xtreme, which will be fine for this art project (and I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it earlier), but if there is an open source vector graphics program like Xara X(treme) or Adobe Illustrator, I'd like to download it.

A google search turned up Inkscape, but this is only in version 0 so far, and I'd prefer a stable program.

Anyone know of anything?

I use Inkscape and it feels stable enough.
