The guy in the article used to be the head of the police association, and used to do it then too. This time he was trying to make some vague point about a long running case here.

the case is about a bridge that broke, the army, and some farmers. Not a miniskirt or blouse in sight, so i am not sure how dressing in ladies clothes will help, but each to his own eh?
