Please read the following before voting,

..) You may vote for more than one choice( in fact, it should be the case for most people).

..) Please only vote for spells that you have never memorised before, or have no future intention of memorising it in the future.

..) If you only use scrolls for a spell, and never memorise it into a spellslot, it is grounds for voting for that spell.

..) Improved Chaos Shield was not included, because it is a too much of a class-specific spell.

Wow! So many haters of Teleport Field! I find the spell quite nic actually. Enchanted Weapon proves my expectations as th crappiest spell ever.
On the other hand, Greater Malison proves to be the bestest spell ever concieved. I never run a caster of any type without it.

i kinda hated teleport field but i do use them on certain fights when i know my mage is gonna be in trouble.

Yeah I kinda expected farsight to be unpopular as I can't even remember what its real use is :D not when you can use Wizards eye anyway!

Actually, I've found it moderately useful if I find it soon enough. If I get an enchanted weapon scroll as a random drop by the end of the circus tent, I'll have Aerie learn it. The weapons are +3 and last for an entire day, and until I get +2 weapons or ammo for everyone, they are useful when running into vampires at night (since I have a policy of never letting them get away).

Of course, once I have a +2 weapon for each of my fighters, this spell joins farsight as something to scribe only for the 4K exp.

Holy Smite, in particular, has served me very well through those low-level vampire encounters. The same goes for anyone else who can cast that spell.

All of them. I got through BG 2 without a wizard or bard capable of that level of magic :D

I was playing an old tabletop group. They got through okay, but it would have been 10x easier with a good Int 18 wizard.

Man I clicked about 2/3 of the list...I pretty much only use breach,summoning spells and direct damage type spells...Maybe on my second time thru the game I will explore into the other spells.
