Just a few questions like when people would have time, etc...

Couple of basic things really. The second half of July would be best, I think, not only because of the weather (which should be just fine at that moment) but also because of everyone enjoying a summer vacation. On top of that, I'll be in Amsterdam anyway, because the World Championships Rowing Under 23 will be held in Amsterdam at that time :D

On the amount of days though: for us Dutchies I don't think it would be a problem if the get-together would only be for one day, but if people will be coming from abroad, one day will limit you a lot in what you can do.

As things are looking right now, i don't really have a holliday to look forward to this year, but i still have plenty of free time left. I guess i'm not really bound to a certain period, but i also couldn't say with certainty that i can make it. All i can say is that i'll try to be there.

For me I'll surely have time in the second half of june and first half of july. At other times it depends a bit.
