you left out my most favorite of all time [img]tongue.gif[/img] Baby Swiss :D and then of course there is Blue cheese..... so I chose the last option.

You left out my favourite also: gruyère. A french hard cheese.

You should have included an option for else.

Parmesan. Very versatile, and I just perfected a pasta recipe that uses it, so it's my favorite for now.

I love fetta cheeses... especially greek fetta, unfortunately in the little town I live in I can't buy it here :(

So hard to choose. Sharp Cheddar rocks, but in the end it's gotta be Feta Feta Feta.
