Just curious, because everywhere I've visited lately seems to be slower than it was two months ago...a lot slower!

I believe it is still General Discussion.

The BG2 Forum still gets alot of traffic as well.

I can only check one not four options in your poll. I think you forgot to change it so people could choose more than one option. Anyway I generally look at GD, Books, Polls, and Current Events (even though I don't post there).

I'm in GD most often, and I think that's the place that has the widest appeal. Personally, I check Current Events quite often, although I don't post if I have no opinion/knowledge on the topic(s) under discussion. I also tend not to post much in inflammatory topics, unless I really feel there's a need for me to do so. I check into Books and Polls regularly, as well as Icewind Dale/Heart of Winter. I have extensive and/or lengthy posts mostly in CE and IWD (more in IWD).

Very occasionally I wander into other areas. I'm not a hardcore gamer with experience in lots of different games (only got my own personal computer last year), so I don't have much to add/offer to a lot of forums.

Probably the reason it's less busy is because it's summer. More sunshine = more time outside, and it's the season for vacations and miscellaneous activities/repairs/pastimes.

It has to be GD, because it has by far the most posts, with only BG2 close too it. I visit a lot of forums, but I probably do spend most of my time in GD, unless I am reading in the CE forum, which takes a while, or else posting in the roleplaying forum.

Baldur's Gate 2 threads and General Discussion are the most visited of all, IMHO. Followed by Books etc, and Misc Games.

GD has the most traffic, I'd guess. CE can have some heavy traffic as well, but only on certain times of the day, I've noticed. Probably because those who post there either have a job, studies or family to take care of.

GD, NWN, CE, BG, SoA, and ToB, in that order. Of course, usually I skip over NWN and BG because more often than not they don't contain new posts.
