Probably a few weeks. I'm in a dorm at college, so I generally just leave the laptop on with the LAN running all the time.

Same answer as in the other topic... I've got cable Internet, so whenever my computer is running, it's automatically online.

I've got dial-up so only about a day for me, when noone wants to use the phone lines that is.

well if u have a comp in your room with ADSL then there is no reason why you couldnt keep it on for ages.

A few hours since at home it is a dial-up and other people also want to use the phone.

Im also on a 56k modem, the longest iv been on is prob a day, cause I leave it on all night sometimes
