What a strange question.
And why do i suddenly feel like having softice with mayonaise ? :D |
It would be apples for me. One of the main reasons for my morning grumpiness/apathy has always been a combination of a screeching stomach and a low blood sugar count.
When I was a teen my blood sugar was often dangerously low at mornings. Often I would wake up blind, or near blind, regaining my sight after the first morning meal which had to include some kind of fruit juice for quick carbohydrates. |

Just wondering...how do apples wake people up?

I've heard that apples add a small amount to your BAL, so wouldn't that make you even more tired than you already are? Too much thinking involved at 12am..

Coffee, just the smell of it is enough to perk me up in the A.M. I also wonder how apples are supposed to wake someone up. Are they a secret stimulant or something?
