The Rockies definitely.

Other nice ones are the Sierra Nevada.

The smoky mountains are small hills.

Depends. Do you want taller younger rougher mountains or older smoother more developed ones.

I didn't vote, as I have not seen enough of the Rockies to evaluate them.
