Right, start from the begining.

Trying to get flail of the ages.

Got the one from the room next to the forge, then i went and killed glacius who i believe has one of the parts. I killed him but forgot to loot his body for the piece. So i went on and got the next piece from the golem room.
Then i went downstairs and killed the troll king. Came upstairs cos i couldnt find the third part, found out about it being with glacius and now i can't find the piece cos his body has gone. Nor any remnants of his loot.

I have loaded the game before going downstairs, but neither the body nor flail head are there. So at some point between killing glacious and getting the second head from the golems, Glacius's body has disapeared with the piece. The last save game before that is ages ago and im not going back to play the keep all over.

I have even tried to enter the cheat and call up that item. But even though i have followed the instructions thoroughly, that isnt working. Im entering the line CLUAConsole:Createitem("blun14") (The line you enter on the console inside the game where as "blun14" is the item reference number)

Can anyone help me???????????? Im desperate.

When entering the CLUA did you capitalize the I in CreateItem?

The Shadowkeeper editing tool should allow you to add the second piece of the Flail to your inventory. If you find working with the Console irritating, Shadowkeeper is an easy-to-use way to mess with saved games.

You can find it at: http://www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper/

Killing the troll king was your mistake. If your main character is a Fighter, Barbarian, or Monk, the de'Arnise Keep (the entire map area) can be wiped clean: All items left in containers or on the floor will be ERASED, including your missing Flail Head. I'd say cheating it back into the game is justified.

Yeah, and then you should have every servant executed on the grounds that one of them must have swiped the head, yes?

<font color="lightblue">No it doesn`t: It only clears out if if you get the keep as a stronghold; and only once you`ve accepted it from Nalia.

AFAICS, one of three things could have cause it:
1. A bug causing the flail head not to spawn.
2. Leaving it for too long: Ground items disapear eventually.
3. The Sola mod: the improved Torgal feature moves one of the heads; although it *should* be the Cold Head from the room next to the forge.

Most likely is # 1 or 2; in both cases cheating is justified. Make sure you get the Clua command EXACTLY right: it should read as: </font>
CluaConsole:CreateItem("<font color="red">Itemcode</font>")
<font color="lightblue">Where <font color="red">Itemcode</font> is the code you use for the Acid(?) Head.
Make sure you get the caps and spaces exactly as they appear. </font>
