I once found or bought a ring that did -2 to my ac and charmed earth elementals once per day, this ring could be used with other -ac gear, but I cant remember where it is, if anyone could please tell me where I would be grateful thanks.

It's the Ring of Earth control. It's in D'arnise Keep in thew room with the statues north of the room with the forge.

I think the ring only gives -1 to AC not -2 though. Still it's a good ring.
