Do you pay for play? There are several, the first thet comes to mind is EverQuest at $20 a month to play.

Do you play the free games? There are several where you buy the game and you must set up the play. Some of the 3DO army games are that way.

Then there's the neverending Game, for free like Ultima Online

If you need to pay, I don't play. Free games are expensive enough for me (buy the game and pay the phone bill). I used to play Diablo (which was free) but that got too expensive too...

There is a pretty cool game named runescape out. Its 3D, for free and no mayor downloads required. Of course it isnt everquest quality.

The best free online multiplayer game is Infantry Online. I usually play Rainbow 6 as well but you need to have the game.

hey everyone, i think this game is definitely worth a look. it could be refined in many ways i can think of, but it's fun nonetheless and takes a little figuring out to boot.
