If I am limited to only one quality, I would have to say kindness. But I would follow that closely with integrity.

the most importiant is, of course, Intelligence. i am sick and tired of stupid people being my friends!
the second one is a sense of Honor. i dont want to be stabbed in the back!
the third one is, doublessly, loyalty. dont like traitors, never have, and never will.
and the least importiant of the most importiant is Attractiveness. ugly people make me sad...

Kindness~A kind person will be honorable, trustworthy, loyal and one who gives respect without first making another person earn it. They are also not likely to be backstabbers. I can appreciate intelligence, but even someone with a low I.Q. who is kind can be a better person/friend than an intelligent person who is not.
