I don't mean what type of paper you use. I mean the ultimate fundamental question, the one that possibly may never be answered fully, the one that could start an intergalatic battle on a scale never seen before(assuming life in other galaxies uses toilet paper, and more than one intergalactic battle takes place)...

Should toilet paper be threaded down the front, so it is away from the wall, or down the back, so it is next to the wall?

Don't lie and say you never thought about it, make a decision, NOW!

Ok, if you've made a decision, you've gotta explain why! Otherwise how do we know you haven't just made it up?

If you haven't then go away and make one quick. Experiment if you have to, but there's no sitting on the fence for this I'm afraid.

I prefer it to be threaded down the front, but it works either way. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

Just a little educational bit of info here:
In many Arab lands, especially the '3rd world' ones, people don't use toilet paper. They use their left hands. Really!

The implications of this are huge of course. One thing it's very important to remember in the Arab world is never to offer them your left hand, or be seen to be eating with your left hand. It is a great offense. In Yemen, they ate from communal trays in the center of the room. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif

The front is preferable! By being in front it is easy to grab the beginning of the roll. When it is threaded down the back you have to somehow reach around and under to get to the beginning of the roll! Oh and the TP dispenser should be w/in reach of the toilet http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif
