I agreed to help Nalia, but D'Arnise Hold was greyed out and inacessible. So
I did some other quests (Slavers, Beastmaster, Druids, Raksasha). The Hold was still inacessible. Nalia finally left my party. The Hold is still greyed out. How do I get there? Thanks |
I woulda thought that it was because you hadn't gone through the City Gates, but since you did the Trademeet quests....
Download all the patches I guess. If you could, load a savegame right after you got the quest, then see if you can go there (ie. Don't accept any other quests.) |
The first time you go, It's only accessable from the City Gates screen. Go there, exit the map and it will no longer be greyed out.

I went back to the City Gates, killed a couple of Shadow Thieves, and left. But again, the Hold was greyed out. This is my second time through the game, and I had no problem the first time. Wonder what's going on?

I tried one suggestion--loaded a saved game in the Copper Coronet before picking up Nalia. So I met her, accepted her quest, left immediately to the Gate District, and left the Gate District. No dice. The Hold is still greyed out. Anyway around this?
Thanks |
Did you actually leave through the gates or did you just load the area then leave the way you came? If you don't leave through the gates you won't be able to access the hold.

I am now having the same problem too.
I have made Trademeet first. Now I can't go to the D'Arnise hold. It is grayed out, no matter what I do. Is it possible that I made Nalia wait too long and now she has been killed by the trolls and it is too late?? |

I could not get to the Hold from Trademeet, even after Nalia left. However, on my fourth try through the City Gate, after spending the night in the Crooked Crane, I WAS able to access the Hold.
Go figure. Thanks to all for suggestions. |
