How about General Knowledge Trivia: Intermediate/Difficult 9000, the more questions the less likely someone will get repeats.

The catergories are preset... you can't alter them unfortunately.

We did General Knowledge:Intermediate-Hard a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't as hard as they thought...

I'm thinking History & Geography 3000 might help to knock the overload of 10's down a bit.
