I hear that even though TransUnion and Experian sell what they call a credit score, the only one that will sell you your TRUE FICO SCORE (Fair Isaac scrore) is Equifax.
However, I am having trouble figuring out their website. They have a lot of stuff for sell on there, some of which are like membership fees for month-to-month updating and alerting and all that that I do not want or need. I just want the score and pay the one-time price for it. Does anybody know how to go about purchasing the score with just the score and just a one-time payment? Thanks [ 03-06-2006, 12:31 PM: Message edited by: Larry_OHF ] |
Looks like if you select the Products drop-down, you can buy "Score Power" for $14.95 and that's exactly what you're looking for.

I was afraid of that...I was hoping it was cheaper. The other sites offer a score for less (5.95 on one), but as I said its not the FICA score...it is one that they make internally, not based on what one really needs to know. One guy got over a 900 on his score I heard on the radio, but FICA only goes to 850.
