From Feb 26 2005- Feb 26 2006, whats been your favourite single released?

Well the kinda bands I like dont release *singles* as such, but I was pretty impressed with Jose Gonzales' heartbeats but that was about it, ;)

James Blunt 'You’re Beautiful' or 'Goodbye My Lover'

Take your pick! A few minutes of chilling heart laid bare pathos encapsulated into a pop friendly packages that rained down from the radio across the barren desert of emotionless dirge that pollute the airwaves with souless manafactured music.

They were released about March last year so they just qualify!

agreed, so much of the good stuff can sit and not be discovered until a friend or aquaintence turns you on to it.

No... he did not just say that he liked "You're beautiful" did he? I mean, sure, the song is alright, but for crying out loud! Every third commercial has it, you hear it 27 times per day if you go out, and even Blunt himself said that he never wanted to hear it again. As my song, I nominate System of a Down - Question! just because it rawks my sawks. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

System of a Down : Vicinity of Obscenity from the new Hypnotize album. That's a great song.

lol Bozos, agreed on "You're Beautiful" - I found it unappealing enough as it was, but then I heard a college open-mike night version of it passing through the union. Think it was bad when the original guy did it? No sir :D
