I googled Shredder off Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtes ('cause I remember that name) and wikipedia came up, and that's what it said.

Mad wee bit of trivia for you all , but many people are unaware that James Avery aka Philip Banks from fresh prince was also the voice of Shredder :D ...well I'm a big fan of his work :D
