Drivers: If a car breaks down or stalls in front of you, beep your horn and wave your arms frantically. This should help the car start and send the stranded driver on his way.

Had a run in with an impatient driver ZFR? I'm learning at the moment so I cause situations like that regularly. You're damn right, the horn is especially helpful in focusing the mind of the inexperienced learner who made the despicable mistake that the driver behind never made when he was learning...

I find sticking your head out the window and screaming works better.
