<font color=skyblue>I just downloaded a new feature for my Audigy 2 soundcard. It is called the SB Audio Console, and has some features about it that is not present in my previous voume control console, also by SB.

In both, I am able to adjust many sound effects and settings, but this new console has a few more options that sound even better.

One problem is that they do not sync with one another. The old console sits in my desktop tray, down there with the time of day. It is easier accessed. This new console does not have a toolbar connection. No big problem with the new one not being more readily accessible, but it is a bother that changing the info in one does not change the info in another. Maybe it is because the old one does not have some of the new options for sound effects and so it does not know what to do except go innactive.

Anyway...if you want better quality features for you Audigy card...grab this thing and then tell me if I have missed something that will allow me to sync the new one with the old, and all that.
