Guys, I need to see if its possible to create a drop-down box in EXCEL with 7-10 line items, each with small box next to it that can be manually checked (similar to the poll question box, except that multiple boxes would be checked to track project progression. Ideally, the graphic would be in every cell of a column of information.

Has anyone heard of / seen something like this? Is there a ready-made one somewhere that sounds similar? Any help of guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What version do you have? I searched for "drop-down box" in the Excel help and got several entries, one actually called "Create a Drop-down list". Apparently this is new in Excel 2003.

Another idea might be to search for "Excel drop-down list" on the Microsoft site.
