I have a problem with the game..

I can't use the Sands' somehow, this includes: Recall, Eye Of The Storm, Breath Of Fate, Wind Of Fate, Cyclone Of Fate, Ravages Of Time..

BTW: I'm fighting the "Crowmaster" or do you get the time ability later?
