Does anyone know how I can get a verification number from EA without paying the $10 fee they are trying to charge me. I want to install Creature Isle, but I need the code number, however there was no number on the case for either Black and White or Creature Isle(I bought them in a doublepack). I tried this in the Misc. Games Forum but its slow at the moment.

Where did you purchase the software from ?

You can try through them before trying EA. The $10 is probably what they charge for lost codes.

It's not on the CD (in the middle)? On the back of the manual? etc etc.

Yeah just call Walmart or go to the steor and say that you bought this game and there is no CD Key. Show them your proof of purchase. They can then open another game and see if there is a CD key there. If there is then they may swap you. If not then they have a problem with distributors.

You shouldn't have to pay for a a game that doesn't ship with the CD key.

Also do a search and see if other people have had a similar problem with this game.

Cheers

You could just obtain some manner of application designed to create cd keys. The application might not be entirely legal, but you already brought the game. Why should you pay extra?

On mine they were on the back of the jewel case on the bottom left.
