I did some Googling, and found this short discussion thread that throws a little doubt on the issue. It looks like the site you posted is a hoax and they borrowed the pictures from a description of the Keyghost keylogger. There's no ethernet connection so "they" can't remotely monitor you. You have to fire up a text editor on the local machine & enter a password to start dumping the logger's memory. An ethernet-connected logger might exist, but this ain't it.

Yeah, I had my doubts with "lol" being in the location, but just to be sure I've e-mailed snopes.com about it. They're really good with getting to the bottom of stuff like this.
