Hey guys I was wondering is Gmail down? I can't seem to open it so I don't know is the problem on my end or is Gmail down in general?

Was down for me, sometimes the browser gets something in its cache which kills it. Try clearning your cache.

It's giving me headaches too. Last night I was trying to configure Outlook (been using OE) and couldn't get it to sign in. I can get in ok via the website *but* after keying user/pw I get a 2nd screen for user/pw and "type the characters in this window". Also while I was in there I changed my pw (it's been a while--it was time) and now my Outlook Express can't sign in and retrieve mail. Yes I've changed the pw stored in OE...

WHAMMO! About 10pm (EDT) GMail kicked into gear & started cooperating with Outlook & Outlook Express again. Whatever was tripping up the pop connection seems to be fixed.
