when i try to initiate dialoge i get often get ( you can't initiate dialoge <person> is busy) and its very irritating espesilly when i'm losing quests or i can't sell my items, i have a charisma of 18 whats wrong. is it some kind of a bug? can i fix it somehow?

This is a known bug after you install ToB. As such, get the latest patch.

That happened to me but the worst thig was it happened on the first ever map with the golem. I had spent 1 + 1/2 hours deciding which class, which race and gets my stats. I had to download the patch and start again this time taking me 2 hours to get my character sorted!

The only bad thing about creating a character is that u have to keep on rescrolling the thing to get the stats that u want for ur character... I spent 30 min just trying to get my jester the stats i wanted. Trust me, getting a PC 14str 18dex 18con 17int 14wis 15cha isn't easy.

18 CON is wasted on a Jester. Jesters do not gain any more Hp bonuses beyond 16 CON. Only warrior types like Rangers, Paladins, Barbarians and Fighters do.

Err.... damn~~~~ I should've spent those on Int and Wis.....
