My son was going through my old VHS tapes and pulled one out he'd never seen before. It was Ghost Busters, one of my all-time favorite movies (and one which usually makes my wife say "...<sigh> Why me, Lord?"

By the time I happen on the scene, he's already shot out of a cannon and wanting to show me this 'great new movie'. He even had all the quotes down:


"Nice shootin' Tex!"

"When someone asks you "if you're a god?" you say, 'Yes!' ".

"It's the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man."

"That's it! NOBODY steps on a church in My town. Roast 'Em...!"


I guess I'm just lucky he didn't quote me some of the racier quotes:


"We've been going about this all wrong. This Mr. Stay Puft is okay. He's a sailor, he's in New York. We get this guy laid, we won't have any trouble.

Whoa, it's been a long time since I saw this movie last time.

You could've just told him that getting laid means getting a good night's sleep, anwyay :D
