Now why would a hacker openly admit they are a hacker? and then prove how stupid they are making them vulnerable to other hackers in the chat room?
That is just stupid.

Its their way of desperatly trying to attract attention by being different, kinda like "goths"... heh, or mimes for that fact :D

He doesn't make him vulnerable ;) It's his own fault. He uses the program on himself, anyone who worked with networks a bit knows that the address the guy gives is your own machine.
