I got this item called the Guantlets of Dexterity and wow is all I have to say. It brought my armor down to -3 from 1. and my dexterity up four.

The armor enhancement you have got is due to the dexterity bonus you have got http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif. The higher your dexterity is, the lower your armor class. Thats why i always give my characters 18 dexterity, that gives them a base AC of 6.

I had the same awe when I found those, very nice. Not useful if you've already got a Dexterity of 18 though.

Yeah, it is especially useful for a Mage! If you create a Mage team leader, though, then be sure to do as Ertai said and give him/her a Dex of 18 as well as Intellect 18. I know it is a temptation to give high strength, but it is not important for a Mage, while Dex and Int ARE!
