I imported my main character into SoA from ToB with his kit (just for fun). He is well-armed, but not agressive. He will attack an enemy when directed, but then just stands around while other enemies attack him. And I don't see attack messages in the screen (like "Duegar attacks John" (my paladin)). My other team members will go after any enemies. Why has my main man lost his agressiveness, and why aren't attacks against him listed in the screen?

You'll need to give him a script, or it could be a bug. Patch your game with the lateest offical patch.

How do you "give him a script"? What do I need to do?

Giving ur PC a script is giving it an AI, if i'm not mistaken.
