I experienced Faerun with BG1 and subsequently with BG2. I quit both of them in between due to several reasons. I finished IWD1 and HoW recentl and am currently trying to rescue the North in IWD2. meanwile a thought struck me. It'd be really cool if all the heroeic winning teams from the various games could all be forged together. If they could meet or come across each other in their travels. Maybe it requires a time warp a la Star Trek.

Or else if another game with a much higher difficulty level requiring characters of say level 25+ could be developed with an option of recruiting the greatest heroes of Faerun through all the games that have been played. of course all the games need to have been played before. But it will be a challenge to both the makers and a rewarding challenge to the players.

Well...if you play pen and paper roleplaying, you can even explore parts of Faerun that those games can't cover...and make your own heroic teams that way. Really, though, it would be nice to have a game set on Faerun, but the size of Morrowind with Expansions...meaning, days upon days of JUST exploration...

That's the video game experience I want.
