Where can I find this legendary sword but give me the distric that its in like temple or the place like Umar Hills. Plus what sword type it is please let it be KATANA!!!!!

You should have shuffled through the forums first; you would have found multiple posts about this Katana type sword all over the 2nd page alone. Many posts also mention that it can indeed be found in the Temple district.

The legendary Celestial Fury lies in the hand of Koshi, a mighty Kensai.
Koshi is in the Guarded Compound, in the Temple District.
It's a moderate difficulty fight(unless you have the Sola mod and you installed the Improved Guarded Compound component ;) ).
